Japanese Snowball (Viburnum plicatum Kilimanjaro)

This is a beautiful pyramidal shrub with spreading, layered branches and deeply veined dark green leaves that turn reddish purple in the autumn.


White flowerheads are produced in abundance during late spring and turn pale pink which are subsequnetly followed by masses of deep red berries maturing to black.


Additional flowers are borne in late summer.
